Project Description

  • Building of two schools:
    • A secondary (Jr. High and Sr. High) school in the underprivileged community of Chichimecas in the outskirts of Guatemala City
    • An elementary school on a coffee plantation in the small Village of Joconal near the border of Honduras
  • Provision of hard to find school supplies
  • Purchasing of computers and tablets for the teachers and students

Why Guatemala

Over 24% of the Guatemalan population live on less than $3.20 per day. Children in the outskirts of the capital city do not have access to proper education and learning opportunities. The LanVwa school ministry seeks to educate these children, teach them God’s Word, provide them with important life skills, and set them up for a future of success.
